In contact with water, a cloud pattern appears on the surface of the fabric.The intensity of the pattern depends on how wet the fabric is, and when the fabric dries, the pattern is no longer visible. Softshell is lightweight windproof and water repellent fabric made out of three layers. The outer layer is water repellent, the middle layer is both water and wind resistant as well as being breathable. The inner layer that is closest to the body is brushed providing soft and comfortable insulation.
